TD 3.1 - Using Arrow keys in Layout

hello,

in td 1.5 it was possible to move items with the arrow keys in the layout
view. as far as i can see, this ist not possible anymore in td 3.1. ?!

This is a feature of IntelliSal. Did you use IntelliSal with TD 1.5 and
don't you use IntelliSal any more.
