The project will include rewriting, enhancing and web enabling the existing
System. One of the key drivers behind the rewrite/enhancement is to replace
the SQL Windows software. Rewrite should be done using Microsoft's
Active Server Pages (ASP, ASP.net), or Java, backed by an Oracle database
such that the new system will be entirely web enabled..
