Hi Unify,

what about a new forum.gupta.goodnews where we could post some ... good
news.

A lot of people here post to complain about something !!!
It could be nice to have a place where we could post things like :

Hey, I ported my application in V5.1 with a minimum effort and it is now
running into production since x days (FYI this is just an example and it is
not my case lol)

or

Wow, Bug xxxxxx was finally corrected we can now get rid of our stupid
workaround

or

Did you see that fantastic fonctionnality they implemented in Vx.y ?

Hey Mirko,

Always best to look at life from the positive side ;)

But it is in our nature only to post to complain or when we have
troubles. So I think such a forum won't be a busy place and that would
falsely indicate there is no good news...

But let me start posting some good news...

Today I ported 50Mb of sources from TD31 to TD42 with just one found
issue within 2 hours (the one issue I posted today in the bug report
forum). I would say that's positive ;)

Yes Stefan, but I trust more your (a user) point of view ;-)

BTW Do you still work with TD (I meen new projects) ? Did you upgrade to
v5.1 ?

Yes, I still work with TD, one old project (TD3.1) one new project (with
TD2.1 and BB-Classic, but this will get updated to 3.1 before it's going to
production) and one .NET project with no TD involved. I currently have no
plans to use TD5.1, maybe once there is a version that IMHO is good enhough
to be used for serious work and which is trustable enugh to be used in a
production environment. But I still keep my GLS active, although I'm a bit
disappointed by it's ROI.
