Hi!

I get the SQL-Error Message 'Invalid Cursor' every time my applications
starts. I couldn´t figure out so far where the bug exactly is. Is there a
way to debug such an error I don´t know of? :)

Thanks for your help!

Merlin,

the sql handle is not valid (the connect did not take place)

Depending on if you did write it yourself or not ;-)
In 3.1 there are the SalTrace(... functions to utilize

SqlConnect(hSql)

if hSql != hWndNull
Do the stuff
else
No valid handle

The same error if one tries to disconnect a disconnected handle

if hSql != hWndNull
SqlDisconnect(hSql)
else
Do nothing

Hello!
To find error place do this:

When error occurs, you switch to IDE and press "break".
Cursor will highlight function with invalid SqlHandle. You may see its value
in "expressions" window
