Can't load picture file

Hi,

I have this "Can't load picture file:" error message for toolbar icons using SQL Windows 3.1 and Windows 7.

On a fresh installed environment it works well, somehow on my machine doesn't...

Any solution?

Update: we have found out that it is related to the Windows font size configuration. With 100% it works.
