CDK based program to change the saved format of a TD file

I humbly submit a small CDK based program which will save TD files in the
selected format. It is written in, and for, CTD2000 but should be easily
upgradeable to other versions of TD. (source will be attached to the first
reply to this message)

The run options are ...
jims_SaveAs.exe -I ... saves as indented text
jims_SaveAs.exe -T ... saves as text
jims_SaveAs.exe -N ... saves as normal mode
jims_SaveAs.exe -R ... puts entries into the Windows registry that will
add three entries to your Windows explorer context menu (to do each of the
above on the selected file)

The idea is to register it to add context menu items to your Windows
explorer so that you can right click on a file and save it as the chosen
format. Running it with the -R option will attempt to add the necessary
registry entries so that your explorer gets the following extra context menu
items ...

Save As Indented Text
Save As Normal
Save As Text
... these should only appear on files with extensions: .apt .app .apl .aph

WARNING: there is no unregister, so if you run it with the -R option and
don't like it you will have to undo the registry changes yourself!

When it saves the file it sets the create, modified and access times back to
their original values so that it does not appear to be changed.

Why might you want to do this? Well I store my source in Visual Sourcesafe
so it needs to be in there as text. With a few hundred files I like to keep
them on my drive saved as normal so that they load quicker. This is a
convenient way to toggle between the two.

It is not written to be bullet-proof commercial quality, I don't recommend
building the .EXE and running it without being sure that it works for your
TD version (and on your Windows version in the case of the -R option). I
know it works fine for my for CTD2000 source code files on Windows XP Pro!
So make of it what you will and at your own risk, without any responsibility
on, or gaurantee by, me.
