Named Pipes with TD?

Hello!

Has anybody a sample on using named pipes (a "server"-app and "client"-app
communication) with TD?
(TD 3.1 would be preferred)

Why would you want to used named pipes? It's very, very old technology.

Hi Jim,

You're right ... it was one suggestion on communication between 2 processes.
In the meantime, I convinced my PM on using a COM-object (written with TD)
for a more modern and more functional solution-concept.

I left the entry, just in case that anyone came up with the same suggestion
on the pipes ...
