I am not sure if this is a bug.
Maybe or maybe not.
I think since this (and maybe many others) "Undocumented flag" is not
working in M!Table you can only ask Michael to add this functionality to the
next version of his product. I will even not assume that it could be set up
in the same way (using SalTblSetColumnFlag), maybe M!Table function should
be used instead.
But I agree it could only increase the worth of M!Table.

This "bug" is fixed in the version which is currently in development (
1.9.6 ).
