Coloring Scroll Bars

Hi, NG.

Still I do not know how to Set a color to a dynamic Scrollbar in a table
window ( as i described in some posts in the development forum ).

Please, help.

I'm afraid it is not easily done.

The scrollbar and other non-client area's (like caption, borders etc)
are completely controlled by Windows and the colors and theme painting
are determined by the theme setting of the user.

I could be wrong, but I did try to find a easy way to overrule the
color settings of Windows to match the internal application custom
color settings, but I only could achieve this by custom drawing the
items. And believe me, owner drawing a scrollbar or other items is a
pain.
