Chan - that APL doesn't look like it came out until TD v4.0 (I don't have
v3.1, but it's not part of TD v3.0 either). But since G's response didn't
make sense to me, I'll 'fill in' his answer for you in case you are also
wondering:

G. suggests that you use MTable from micsto.de as a substitute, since
that does have versions all the way back to CTD v1.1.

But you're right, I suggest using M!Table as a substitute for "gtablex.apl",
and I'd even suggest doing so for ALL versions of TD, as it's by far better
than Unify's library.
