I am not sure if it really help
but I will comment
Set sAttachments = GCM_VisStrSubstitute(sAttachments,' ','') line from
EmailSendMerssage function body (cgmail.apl) because this definitely
eliminate all spaces inattachment string.

It is not a true at least in GTD 4.1
I just make simple test and my email + attachement located in c:\Documents
and settings\user\my documents\name with spaces.doc
and a few more was sended without any problems.
What version of Gupta do you have?
In my case only this VisStrSubstitute or what ever they call it in this apl
was a problem but after commented is working

The difference to your program is, that I the file cgmail.apl include

This is not realy difference
I just made my version of this library with my modification in
EmailSendMerssage and added sample form to ilustrate it.
What you should do is go to your gupta directory open cgmail.apl modify this
EmailSendMerssage function and everything should be ok
