Hi guys,

I found a Word automation demo over at http://sqlweb.vnuk.org/index.htm,
however

1. It is for Word 8, is there one for Word 11 which we use?

2. I get 100s of compile errors, Undefined function: Create on
aWordApplication.Create("Word.Application"), and the same error on
Return Create("{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}") and then lots
and lots of function argument 2 does not match declated data type on
Call PopObject(-1, returnValue) etc.

Does anyone have a version of this for 2005.1 ???

Thanks

I've run into this, too. Here's a v8 from my CTD v2.1 directory that reads
in and compiles with TD v4 ok. Try that and let us know if it works for you.

Hi Jeff, thanks for getting back to me. Now I get the error:

Does not reference a defined class on

FunctionalVar: aWordBookmark
Class: Word_Bookmark

I appears that Word_Bookmark is not in the list of classes, however I
can find Word_Bookmarks??

Thanks

Stephen

Only other lib I see included is Automation, then. Here's a copy of
the version I have in my 2.1 directory. BE SURE NOT to overwrite the
version you have in your TD v4x dir, though! I'd put all these libs
I've sent you in a separate directory and try compiling anything
using these libs. from that dir. only.

That won't bode well if/when you upgrade (again) and need to still
use these libs. But... it may get you over your error 'hump' at the
moment.
