MDI with closable tabs for each child window, Sample

This sample was originally created and posted by Thomas Lauzi in
forum.development (see post "toggle between windows in MDI").

I have modified the sample a bit so it now has buttons for closing the
windows.
And a few bugs is removed.

Hi Jonas,

real good, but I'd suggest to have the button and the tab title
ownerdrawn... (just in case you've got too much time ;o)

Nice!

Enhancement idea: If a window is minimized, it should be restored if the
corresponding tab is clicked. Otherwise it's a bit confusing.
