First Web form with CTD 2000

Hello,
I am just begin to use Web Developper with CTD 2000
Why I cannot receive CWDURLParms
I use the WebGetURLParms (strArray) method, but the array is empty,
where I must use it in the frmWebManager form? or frmHome form ?

I also use the WebGetURLParameters method without success

I need some help
