Frames with CWD

Is it possible to put a frame in a page ?

I've seen objects called "frames" but I'm not able to link them to an
external page.

For an example I'm creating a pdf, and i would like to put it into a frame
in CWD, is it possible ?

ActiveX or convert it to an image an load it into a picture.
