Hi.

We have an user that updated his notebook's XP version.

After the update, our web application stopped working with Internet Explorer
in his notebook. No problem with Netscape.

The user has the error:
>

He has already tried to clean the temporary files and had no success.

Attached a screen with the error.

Thanks in advance for any tip.

Hi all,
today we get most requests for this error. It seems to be that Mircosoffts
last patches has improved this error.
We got this on all of our installations from CTD2.0 up to 3.1!!!
There is NO FIX from Gupta.. Guta don´t want to solve this fix, because wa
should use th actual version. Gupta itsef seems to use an fixed dll -
Version on their own website - but they dont publish this version.
We can´t do this bacause this are production systems an update will be an
process of any weeks ( or month).
Is there anyone who has the same Problem?
Is there anyone who has an solution for this problem?

Hi,
solved - without Gupta - all XP clients got this errormessage.
If You take the actual dll´s from version 4.1 of sebappserver (GLS) all
works fine!

Hi Ivano,
You have to use the dll´s from guptas Version 4.1 (2005.1) in the Scripts
folder. Then all works fine. (Think about to change the initial links to
call the application.)

Hi Matthias. Thank you.

The problem is that we use CTD 1.5.1-PTF6. We intend to upgrade our TD but I
need to solve the problem now.

One more user just called me and I told him to install Netscape.

Any tip is welcome.

Hi,
no tip.

Gupta has solved the problem only in newer versions. Do You have an GLS? If
Yes, request Your disk install it in an cleas machine and copy the needed
files to Your machine. If not - no chance.
