Is it possible to execute SQLTalk....

Is it possible to execute SQLTalk from a command line WITHOUT having to
run a batch file for it?

I have created an InstallShield Install that calls SQLTalk.exe and loads
my sql script of choice. However, unless I manually execute the script,
it will not run. I have previously used batch files for this but did not
want to use them with this new process.

Thanks.
