Connect to Oracle without remotedbname in sql.ini

In 2014 I found a "ConnectionString" for Connection to Oracle-DB ( see https://support.guptatechnologies.com/s ... ing#p43537)

But with TD 6.3 this fails !

Any suggestion how to write a correct Connection String for use in the SqlDatabase variable with SQLConnect ?

Please Help, if you can.

The goal is to connect without using tns_names.ora and without "remotedbname" entries in the sql.ini file.
