Error when conecting to ORACLE via ODBC

HI I am connect to an oracle dataabase via ODBC. I created the ODBC connection (32bit) and did a test connection and I get the Message "Conection Successful". However when I run My application I get a error "12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" when I try to connect a curor.

Can Anybody give me an Idea? I am not proficient in Oracle.
