Hi Michael

I'm still getting the crash in latest 3.0.2 version.

Is this in your worklist ? Let me know if I can be of any help for some testing.

Guillaume

Hi Guillaume,

I can't reproduce the problem in my environment :/

I've sent the sourcecode to Dave Rabelink, he's trying to figure out what's causing the crash.

Michael

Re: M!Table x64 crash

Update on this issue:

I installed Visual Studio 2013 (update 5) on the Windows 10 machine where the MTable sample could not even start.
After installing (without doing anything else) I started the sample application again and now it starts and I can click the headers. No crashes.
Also the big MTable sample supplied is running fine.

So I checked what had been installed

VS2013_AfterInstall.png

On the Windows 7 machine, the same application starts, but when clicking row or column header the application crashes.
So I hoped that after installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 redistributables (x86 and x64) on that system would solve the crash.
But it does not.

Also after installing Visual Studio 2013 (update 5) on the WIndows 7 machine, the sample crashes upon clicks.

So next I will debug MTable on that machine to see the crash can be pinpointed.

Hi,

I believe MTable needs Microsoft Visual C++ 2013.

With the great help of Dave I was able to find the cause for the crash.
Here's the hotfix: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=61884
