Gupta Report Builder 6.2 Footer overlaps Detail Block

I have the following problem. in Special case Footer Overlaps Detail Block. first of all i want to show you normal state, to make explanation clear:

P.S. it works fine on Gupta 3.5. it just print footer on the next page and doesn't delete anything from detail block.
