TD-24086: Application causes crash entry in Windows 10 event log on close

The issue is that when the application uses any functionality from QuickReport (QRPTi*.DLL), it will create an application crash report.
(on Windows 10)

Also, when compiling sources which include qckrpt.apl, you will notice that it will take a lot more time to pass the compilation of External Functions.
After compile, you will see the APPCRASH in the Event Viewer.

This defect is present in: TD 5.2 up to TD 7.1.1

It has been fixed in TD 7.1.2


To reproduce, see testcase.

- See that eventlog APPCRASH is added on compilation of the source.
- See that on running of the application as exe, after pressing the button and closing the application will create the error event.
