PrError 401 connecting TD2005.1 to Oracle 10.2.0.5.0

After a complte reinstall of my laptop I can't connect to the oracle database.
Whetn connecting using sqlplus there is no problem, my tnsnames seems to work
My sql.ini is a copy of previous installations.

Problem solved: I have a XP64 installation and installed also the oracle64. I changed it to the Oracle32 and evrything works fine now.
