Some neat stuff is added to TD 7.3.1.

Here a nice one:

TD-24959	Add new Sal function, SqlClearLongBindDatatype

SqlClearLongBindDatatype( )
Clear long bind data type setting set by SqlSetLongBindDatatype explicitly.

IDE changes:

Add outline preference to allow the number of spaces to indent to be configured.
